Introduction Text Hi, my name is Pam. I didn''t start gaining weight until my midteens. I''ve tried losing weight before only to gain it back plus some. I''d really like to get down to a healthy weight and be able to do more activities. November 12, 2014 I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes. Since my mother passed away in February my weight has gone up to 260#. An all time high for me.

Updated Goals (in no particular order) Get below 200# Ultimate weight goal 140-145# Improve credit score to at least 740 Pay down credit card balances Buy an RV

Tracking food intake. Strength training 3x's a week. Yoga 3x's or more a week. Pedaling 90 minutes a day on the hand bike.

My name is Pam Mitchell. I'm from Roseville, CA. I was born and raised here. I am a single, professional petsitter specializing in geriatric and special needs pets. I have 4 cats (Samuel, Milan, Donnie & Joey), 1 rattus rattus (RattusRattus) and 1 senior Maltese (Betty Ann White). I help care for a feral cat colony and run a care center for elderly and disabled pet rats.

I enjoy (in no particular order) reading mysterys and science fiction, crocheting, counted cross-stitch, quilting, surfing the Internet, gardening, my animals, yoga, bicycling, and learning new things like bellydancing, making jewelry and soapmaking using the cold process method. I've even started 2 stores on Etsy (AuntiePamsPantry & MomsClothesNStuff).
