April 2019

Well, I was finally able to post a loss for 2019. I am down 3 more pounds and heading into this new month at 165.

Only 17 more pounds to reach my goal. More important, I am on track to reach my six month goal of losing 10 pounds by June.

Life is always what we make it, ALWAYS. I plan to build on this success and keep a positive attitude.

New month. New focus. Positive vibes.

My Goals:
For April, cut my carb intake down to 100 grams or less daily. Most carbs from whole or minimally processed foods.

Follow LCHQ meal plan. Carb grams of no more than than 150 daily. Do 30 minutes (minimum) of intentional exercise a day. Get 10K daily steps on my Fitbit. Less processed and more Whole Foods in my diet. A minimum of 3 vegetables/fruits daily.

My Program:
Portion control, moderation, low carbs, sugar, and sodium with less processed foods and minimum sweets.

Short term goal, lose 10 pounds by June 30.
Starting weight: 167.8 lbs
April 1: 165 lbs

Other Information:
I love to read, play the penny slots, and hang out with friends. I have successfully created a healthier lifestyle that will not only get me to goal but will allow me to keep the weight off through maintenance and beyond.

    I too lost 100+ pounds to then lose sight of my goals for myself.

    Losing weight is more about changing lifestyles, relationship with food and putting yourself … first.

    Lesson learned … now to get the weight back off and keep it offffffffffff.
