    Photographing the food is my new alternative fo keeping a food diary - writing down everything I eat. It makes me focus more on what and how much I am eating. My goals are to eat vegetables with every sitting and to take in calcium rich foods every sitting. It is easier and more convenient than writing everything down.

    William was wearing my boot around the house when they were here the other day.
