Successful Health Habits to date:

1. Try one new food a month. (olives are ew.)
2. No soda!
3. No energy Drinks!
4. Eating out only 2 times a month!
5. 8 Hours of sleep a day!
6. Eating real foods!
7. Vegetables (Bok Choi is yum! Enoki is yum!)
8. Exercising!

My Goals:
I hope to become a healthy human being! My long term goal is to loose 100 lbs so that I weigh a healthy 125 for my 5 foot 2 frame!

Long Term Goal: Loose 100 LBS (Weigh 125)

Short Term Goal: Loose 10 lbs! Get to 135!

Accomplished GOALS: Lose 25 LBS (weigh 200)
Lose 10 LBS (Weigh 190)

Lose 10 LBS (Weigh 155)
Lose 10 LBS (Weigh 145)

My Program:
I am counting my calories. Counting calories is super important; you can overeat with little bites here and there so you need to log everything! Keep a food diary!
I am currently building up my fitness levels. I can only do 15 - 20 minutes on a stationary bike right now but by the end of the month I hope raise that to 45 - 60 minutes. Do things gradually as you can and you will still get your workout AND be safe!

Comic Books: Thor! Thor! Thor! All comics are good comics (but seriously though... I'm not too big on batman. He's cool and a great superhero but he's just not my thing. Superman is pretty good though.) Iron man, Miss Marvel!

    Thank you for your good wishes emoticon I really appreciate it. I have been reading all your blogs from the begining and let me tell you they have all been very encouraging and motivating for me to read. You inspire me to keep going at getting healthy and fit. I have started walk/jogging on my treadmill and it feels awesome to feel more energetic and be able to jogg for 2 minutes straight then walk for 3 for 40 minutes! emoticon for sharing your journey and pic's because it helps others like me get inspired and motivated to emoticon . emoticon emoticon
