I've been gone for a bit but now I'm back.

Trying to lose the weight once and for all.

I'm kind of shy and have a hard time making new friends because of it but I am fun, weird, silly, and kind once I trust someone.

Spark has worked for me in the past and I know I can do this.

My Goals:
To lose at least 2 pounds per week.

Go to the gym 3 times per week.

Eat healthy! Feel healthy!


My Program:
Carb balancing. It's worked for me in the past. I subtract fiber to get my net carbs and I eat less net carbs than protein per day helping to maintain healthy blood sugar. I also stay within my calorie range for the day.



Personal Information:
Hi I am Hope your friendly neighborhood Otaku (and generalized geek girl extraordinaire). I am human, I have panic attacks and anxiety disorder as well as depression but I am working everyday to be the best me I can. I power through! I love people and often compare myself to a puppy who has been kicked.. I love people but find them scary a lot of the time! I keep trying though.


Other Information:
40 years old and desperately need to lose the weight. Hopeless geek (otaku) who loves anime, manga, K-drama (Asian Dramas in general), Doctor Who, Marvel, Game of Thrones and many many more things.

I love reading, long novels, short novels, comics, manga you name it I'll read it.

One of my motivations for losing weight is cosplay! I want to cosplay the characters I want to and feel good doing it.

I also am pansexual so if you have hate for those in the LGBTQ+ community don't come at me with that. You have no place here with hate!
