    It's always so much FUN to start a New Year!! Hope you enjoy the Challenge!! As leaders we have put on our thinking hats so we can CHARGE the team UP!! If you have the time we hope you can join us on the discussion thread and for the Mini Challenges.

    Important of course is tracking. There's an app now so we can even do it on our phones. Cool huh. Some struggle with this,,,we totally understand. For some it's virtually impossible,,,, We know all do their best.

    We CAN do this!!! Can't wait to see u more. Hopefully life will be kinder for all who have been in stressful situations.
