Introduction Text I have been battling my weight my whole life. I am so close to my goal now. This is the real hard part....As a kid, I was always the heavier one. All throughout school I battled my weight and never won. I graduated high school, got in a up and down 2 year relationship, and then lost a lot of weight when it came to an end. Stress is a terrible way to lose weight, but I have to be honest, It was nice being little for once. I was in the mid 130's, and for me, that's low:) Well, several years and events later, I got married, had 2 PERFECT kids and gained my butt back. Now, i'm 28, no longer expanding my family, and ready....REALLY READY, to be a sexy momma! I want to be healthy for myself and for my kids. I don't believe that a size zero is sexy (at lease on me). I believe a healthy and attractive woman is fit and still has a booty:)I would love some support and would love to help cheer you on during your journey!! Here we go............

5 lbs= pedicure (X) 10 lbs=manicure (X) 15 lbs=New Haircut Be able to do 20 REAL pushups. I REALLY want to try snowbording. Start Jogging...on purpose! WATER WATER WATER...Maybe I will grow taller

READ FOOD LABELS!! Jillian Michaels 30 DS Walk w/kids after dinner every night NO EATING/SNACKING PAST 7pm.

I love gardening! I love the outdoors! I LOVE river rafting I love Wii Active, it works!!!!
