Introduction Text Lord, I ask for FREEDOM from overeating and FREEDOM from the excess weight. Lord, I ask for FREEDOM from inactivity and FREEDOM from the aches and pains it brings. Losing weight and becoming healthy is HARD. Living in an overweight body with the aches and pains of inactivity is HARD. Which HARD do I choose to live with?

Become healthier and lose weight.

1. Say the Dieter's Prayer at least three times a day. 2.Log everything I eat. Eat less refined sugar and wheat products. 3. Walk on the treadmill for at least 30 min. 5 times a week. 4. I will use the Wii Fit & dance programs. 5. Utilize "doodle prayer".

I am from a small town in Northwest Ohio. I have been married for 42 years to my highschool sweetheart. I have two married children, 7 grandchildren. I have worked as a nurse in the OB department for 25 plus years. I have been the OB Clinical Co-ordinator for 10 years, but still get my "baby high" by occasionally working on the floor.

I like to babysit, travel, walk, read, write Haiku poetry, dance, sketch, draw pencil portraits of my family and others, plus take and edit photos.
