Only when sick for Ginger Ale - I have dropped it and do not regret it!! 3. Eat Recommended portions of food - Done and Done :) 4. Eat more veggies than anything, along with fruit. - I eat these all constantly now :) 5. Drink 8 glasses of water a day - Still working to get this daily 6. You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.
