I'm not overweight, I am under tall.


Age 72 and still trying to keep the weight down. Started seeing an obesity counselor and am trying low carb for the first time ever.
I am 2 years post back surgery L 1-L5 and it is all fused.

My goal is to loose about 35 pounds in a year.

My Program:
 I can do this by charting my food intake and lots of exercise.
