Introduction Text I started this journey to honor my sister Holly that we lost way to soon to heart disease and diabetes... I have now lost 193 pounds! I have met an exceeded the goal I originally set for my self and I have kept my weight off for almost four years! I am doing activities I never dreamed I would be able to do, and I am enjoying everyday and appreciate what a gift it is!

I started this journey with SparkPeople I weighed in at 311 pounds... My goal is to loose 100-130 more pounds. ***************************** I met and exceeded that goal ... I have lost a total of 193 pounds! I want to loose 25 more pounds... I know I can do it!

I keep my food diary and go to the gym. I also walk on my breaks at work.... Just keep moving! ********************************* I have added Kickboxing and Pump classes to my work out plan as well as weight lifting...I love it!

I am originally from Ohio, but live in California. I am married to the best husband in the world! We have an awesome son, Michael. My husband and son both love and support me in everything I do!
