You asked about my tracking program. The picture is actually just a mix of several of my tracking methods, it isn't from a single program. (I would love if that was available!) I use an excel sheet for tracking all sorts of stuff (weight, measurements, calories burned, fitness minutes and steps). That allows me to make graphs when I want to check on my progress. At one time I also logged my workouts in mapmyfitness.com which you see in the calendar overview on the image you commented on. And of course I track here on Spark People every day! I've got a little black book that I bring to the gym with me, keeping track of resistance when I am strength training. As you can see, I tend to write down all my movements in several places, but it gives me a great sense of accomplishment to do so. 4033 days ago
