Hello everyone. My name is Monica, but you can call me Nutz or Nutz4harry.

My last update was over 2 years ago. A lot has changed since then. My daughter is now married (and no grandkids yet). My son is living with his boyfriend/partner. I have now been divorced for over a year.

I actually was divorced a month before my daughter's wedding. The past year has been rough. Looking for a new place to live and being stressed at work have made me make bad decisions with food and exercise.


Now some information about me. I am still going through a divorce and this has been something of a struggle. I know that I turn to food when I am stressed, depressed or just not feeling happy about myself. SparkPeople has been a blessing before when the divorce first started. Every day it gets easier.

I love to read, talk, listen to music, dance and a lot more.

I have decided to post my measurements here so that I can keep track of them on a monthly basis. These are my measurements as of February 15, 2012:

Waist: 37 inches
Hips: 53 inches
Thigh: 27 inches
Upper arm: 15 inches

I will be adding my chest measurement and possibly my calf too. I had trouble measuring my upper arm this time around so hopefully I wasn't too off on the measurement.

My goals are to get to a healthy weight, Stay active,
Exercise more often


My Program:
Eat healthy and avoid binging on the junk food.

Eat a well balanced diet.

Drink 60 ounces of water or more a day.

Exercise daily.

Walk more often.

Other Information:
Love Harry Potter books and movies. Love to read. I have read the Twilight series and enjoyed it. I read just about anything and I am willing to try new authors, genres etc. I also love to listen to music and to dance to it too.
