Let's see is a little bit about myself:

I'm a 24 year old vegetarian college student who wishes she didn't love chocolate and bread so much! I'm drawn to them whenever I get emotional. I've been dealing with depression and anxiety since middle school, so weight loss has always been a major struggle for me. Thankfully, I have an incredibly supportive boyfriend, group of friends and family who know all about how great I think Spark People is! I'm looking forward to making friends on this site so we can motivate each other. I always try to remember that "Nothing tastes as good as being fit feels" but it becomes harder and harder to remember this as I get intense cravings throughout the day. Whoever is reading this, I wish you the best of luck with all of your weight loss goals!

Fitness Minutes: 11,432

My Goals:
Updated for 2013!

*Lose these last few pounds and keep them off!

* Increase self-esteem

*Learn to forgive myself when slip-ups occur

My Program:
*Strength train 3 times a week.

*Yoga twice a week.

*Bellydance as much as possible.

*Drink at least 8 cups of water per day, usually more.

*Make sure to get my 5 servings of fruit and veggies everyday.

Personal Information:
I'm a random quirky individual who appreciates the simple things in life. Some of my interests include reading (obsession), art (in all its forms), playing video games (mario and zombies are best), going on spontaneous adventures (discovering new parks and such) and dancing (belly dance is amazing) I also enjoy doing yoga. Oh and I am 5 feet and 8 inches tall. Just in case you were wondering. I also have gigantic boat feet (size 10-11).

Other Information:
*5 lbs lost reward: New lunch bag and containers to use for bringing healthy snacks with me to work* June 25th, done!

*10 lbs lost reward: a pedicure and a heart rate monitor* August 1st, done!

*15 lbs lost reward: a new hair cut/color and a set of dumbbells* September 10th, done!

*20 lbs lost reward: a few new workout outfits* October 11th, done!

*25 lbs lost reward: a subscription to a health magazine and a laptop skin* February 12th, done!

*30 lbs lost rewards: A personalized yoga mat! Done!

I also want to get a tattoo when I reach my goal weight.
