Hey everybody! I am a single mom with two young girls who I work very hard for. I work long hours and sometimes 6 days a week. Because of my busy schedule and the children's soccer and girl scouts and other after school programs I feel exhausted at times. I always attempt to workout at least 3-5 times a week but that is always put on the back burner when it comes to my children or when something unexpected happens. I have even skipped eating breakfast and lunch resulting in HUNGER when I finally do reach home. So I am now realizing that I must take care of myself if I want to even attempt to take better care of my 2 young girls. So I will commit to eating breakfast every morning and packing a lunch for work each day. I will commit to a minimum of 30 minutes cardio 5 days a week. I used to workout for an hour 3-4 times a week at the gym but that was before I injured my back while under a trainer's direction. I will dedicate a minimum of 1 hour a day to me time...even if it is working out or reading a book or taking a nice warm bath...I have to do it! Wish me luck! Keep me in prayer! Here we go!

My Goals:
I want to maintain good health. Regardless of what the obstacle is I will find time for me. I will not sacrifice my workouts or constantly put them on the back burner this time! I will treat myself to a manicure..petticure... new outfit...a music concert... and a special spa and relaxation weekend as optional rewards for meeting a weight loss milestone! I shall be RELENTLESS!


My Program:
-I will not skip breakfast.
-I will pack a lunch instead of skipping lunch or buying it.
-I will take vitamins daily and will not miss general doctor appointments because something else came up.
-I will do minimum 30 minutes Cardio 5x's a week. (Sun/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Sat).
-I will weight train 2-3x's a week (Sun/Wed/Sat).
-I will have dinner ready by 6:30pm daily
-I will continue to drink 8-10 glasses H2O daily.
-I will pamper myself (bubblebath /facial/nails done/ hair/etc) 2x's a week (Sat/Sun)
-I will wear sunblock daily.

Other Information:
I love to read, sing, dance, workout, shop 'til I drop, travel, spend time with close friends and family. I love genuine people and good company - people with a goal oriented mentality. I believe that what does not kill you can only make you stronger. God bless!
