Like Stiggy, walking is the exercise I enjoy most and my pain doctor told me walking was the best possible exercise. Listening to music on headphones makes it fun.

Back pain has been with me since I overdid dance class in my 20s. But so far weight loss has helped a great deal. I expect to have another radiofrequency ablation in the fall since my pain doctor is extremely antidrug and I'm not sure she's not right

I'm glad you're better. I have osteoarthritis and slight scoliosis..so I understand back pain.

Thank you for stopping by my profile with your kind comments. I may need another back procedure later this year but I hope not. I moved two weeks ago, and with all the stooping, lifting and bending I taxed my back. It feels better today, though.
