I'm sorry you're having problems with that foot of yours! Hope it gets better soon. Weekends can be a handful, but as you keep working on it, you'll find a plan of attack for yourself that works. I used to give in and just eat whatever my hubby ate on the weekends more or less. I would still lose weight because I was exercising well and eating right during the week, but I allowed myself the weekends to not stress. Then there came a time when that slowly began to change as I became more and more committed and was able to find the right balance. Sticking with it over time really does help, so don't get down on yourself. Just make sure that if you know at the moment weekends will be hard for you, that you stick with it during the week even better. It will come!
