    hey hun, I SO LOVE SparkPeople.com!!! I first looked at the meal page and thought you had to eat what was there and then i realized that you can put in your own food what you eat that day! I am supposed to eat between 1200 & 1500 calories a day and burn 650 calories a week. But i workout every night and burn about 250 calories a night, which means i burn 1250 calories in 5 days!! So i doubled calories to lose in a week! Hopefully that is healthy! lol! Thanks so much for sending me this WONDERFUL website!
    They say there is still alot to learn in the next 2 months on this website! WOW, huh!
