HI! new to doing this but I am coming up to a milestone in my life in 2016 - I will turn 60 years young... I am starting a new goal after the New Year... I want to be as healthy as I possibly can be by July - my birthday month... I go to the gym regularly try and watch what I eat.. but there are things that I know have to change. I like my wine and cocktails and they will have to go for awhile until I am where I want to be then after that in moderation... also have to be more consistent with my workouts and I want to really challenge myself in my workout!! thank you for listening... 1858 days ago
