Okay, perhaps its time to do something about my weaknesses. Time to treat my body like the temple it is.

From the FlyLady, Food Interrogation techniques!
Under a bright light I shall ask the food that wishes to sit with my vegetables:

Fitness Minutes: 1,660

My Goals:
I aim to get my Bipolar II into complete remission through good nutrition, endorphin-releasing exercise, adequate sleep, and taking my meds properly. If I lose a little fat in the process, all the better!

My Program:
Right now, I'm trying to eat well for a crazily physically demanding job. As soon as I get built back up to my work schedule, I'm adding in upper body and core exrecises as well as two weekly High Intensity Interval Training sessions.

Okay, since you asked nicely:

My husband is practically perfect for me; if your skittish daughter were to break down on the road, he's the man that you want to help her.

We have three dogs -- a bass-adore and two newf-adores. They look like three big, black stacking tables. Their only job is to keep the coyotes at bay. The rest of the time, they just laze about in the yard and on the couch.

The poor cat is majorly out numbered! He only has one other cat on the whole, four family farm. Three more dogs belong to other people on the farm.

The farm is really interesting. We keep lots of birds here: chickens, peacocks, and guinnea hens. The duck, Aflac, died of advanced old age last year.

I keep two small ponds in the yard full of twenty cent goldfish. My largest is now over eight inches, and there are freshly hatched baby comets in one pool.

Then, there's the goats, the Zedites, but I'm outta space!

Other Information:
Best Advice:

1. Work to Failure - If we don't work our muscles to exhaustion, there's no reason to build more!

2. Adequate Nutrition - It's impossible to build new muscle without the raw materials!

3. Rest Days - It takes time to repair the old muscle and build the new ones.
