Introduction Text (Ok come on. Bullsh*t is not that bad of a word. SP couldn't just let me have this one?) The St. Nimnix 10 Commandments. 1) Thou shalt do 100 sit ups for warm up. 2) Thou shalt hold protein sacred (in other words, steak is gooooood). 3) Thou shalt not bitch, complain, or play victim. 4) Thou shalt not accept bullsh*t. 5) Thou shalt train hard for warmup then train harder for workout. 6) For six days thou shalt train and train hard, but on the seventh day you rest. 7) Honor thy trainer and thy sparring partner. 8) Thou shalt murder your opponent in the ring. 9) Thou shalt have no other trainers before me. 10) Thou shalt always maintain good form. (No, I didn't come up with these except #2, but I like them. They're what my life has been for the past few months.)

Monday: Evening strength, muay thai Tuesday: Morning session, muay thai or timed wkout Wednesday: Morning session, evening class, muay thai Thursday: Morning session, muay thai or timed wkout Friday: Morning session, timed workout Saturday: Muay thai Sunday: Boot camp
