I am a breast cancer survivor (Jan. 2012). I am blessed it was caught early & I that skated by with just a lumpectomy, radiation therapy & 5 years of meds. As I sat in the hospital awaiting my surgery, I was snooping in my chart & saw that yucky "obese" word. I knew it was true, but it really bothered me to see it in writing. That's why I am here.

My Goals:
Goal weight: 140
Improve my health, feel better, look better, be stronger.


My Program:
 Eating mostly a plant-based diet.
Track my exercise:
(ST: 4x/week; cardio: 5 or 6x/week; aiming for 10000+ steps/day)

5-8 freggies/day.
10-14 glasses of water/day.


Personal Information:
I am 50 years old & live in Virginia. I have been married for 24 years to the most wonderful hubby a girl could ask for.

Other Information:
 I like to travel. I enjoy reading & all kinds of music (Contemporary Christian, 80s, Pop, Jazz ).
