Summer, 2020
Well. Wow.

Massive restart. Wiping out my past tracking with determination to start with a clear slate and a fresh page, and other metaphors.

Trying, no, GOING to be gentle with myself, love (at least like) my body, make healthful choices, day-by-day, moment-by-moment, with compassion for myself in these times, compassion for my family and compassion for all beings.

From a team survey...

NAME: You can call me "Night," or you can call me "Glow," but please don't call me late for dinner! Bwaaaaa ha ha! Sigh.

AGE: I don't believe in linear aging.

STATE: Confusion. Though sometimes I'm in Cognito.

KIDS/ANIMALS: Yes, Yes they are.

HOBBIES: Rationalization

TYPE OF WORK: I'm a lumberjack. It's okay.

Cream-colored kittens and crisp berry strudels.
High C's and wide seas
And pesto with noodles
Wild women flying, moonlight on their wings
These are a few of my favorite things

SPORTS: Does "keyboarding" count as exercise? Web-surfing? That should count for something. Am I right?

Re: Gogglebox - I totally get you. In the UK we can access Celebrity Gogglebox UK, USA and Australia - we are so spoiled. I think I'd find it hard to emigrate from the UK because of our amazing broadcasting which for me means Channel 4 and BBC - especially BBC Radio 4, it's incredible. We can get the cream of US broadcasting too - bonus. I'm pretty impressed about you working on a movie I've actually heard of - excellent bragging rights!

Hi there - I just read your message posted last week. Thanks for the tips. I've actually seen Cowspiracy which was so upsetting but also motivating at the same time. I also watched Dominion which is free on YouTube - and honestly there is no going back after seeing these movies. I'm getting much better at getting my protein without any supplementation - which is great. I LOVE chia seed and add it to everything. I have some whole hemp which I've made milk from and also need to start baking with - but that's for another day.

I got a really good PDF from Dr Greger's website and my aim is to graduate towards his nutrition guidance - it looks pretty comprehensive to me. For now I am still very much in transition so my focus is on adding-in. I'm finding my tastes are adjusting pretty quickly.

P.S. I see you're a Monty Python fan - great stuff!! The Dead Parrot Sketch was filmed around the corner from my childhood home (the exterior shots of JC going in to the shop)!
