We should learn from our mistakes. However sometimes the past can repeat itself. In my case it did.

I've lost and gained a million times.

However and when I lose again for good will be up to me and only I can make it happen.

I can't give up on me.

I have learned that I have to lead a balanced life to keep from having major problems. I try to go to sleep at the same time every day. I make time for relaxation - I read or do crossword puzzles. I have to stay hydrated as when I am dehydrated my symptoms are worse. I avoid caffeine, alcohol, don't smoke, even OTC meds which may have stimulants in them. I take vitamins. I avoid foods that cause me problems and there are a several of them. I only exercise in short periods - like 10 minutes at a time and not real strenuous. Chiefly walking or gentle things like qigong. I stop eating 2-3 hours before bedtime as a full stomach causes problems when I lay down. I avoid people who are sick.I get vaccines. I take one BP pill and severe vitamins that are prescribed for me - especially D3 4000 a day and magnesium 500 a day.

Thanks, I'm kind of hoping that my life will turn around soon. This year I have already lost 2 pets and my dad. I'm kind of shell shocked and need a break.

I'm hoping to be able to get more exercise in and to get back on my diet better soon. I need to lose weight and I want to lose about 30 pounds and keep it off. I would feel better. I would still be obese but it would help me get around better. It would help my health.

Good job on supporting your hubby through this rough adjustment period and I hope soon he is able to spend more time supporting you too. Marriage is certainly an ebb and flow and I know you can and will ride this out. Hugs and prayers to you and yours. You are a fantastic young woman.
