The challenges promote a healthy lifestyle and If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs.     I'm a new member on the team you are looking for a co-leader on and have tried sending you and the leader spark mail. I've been on SparkPeople since 2005 and have started a new account to express my personal changes of loosing inches and gaining hope and energy.

    My spark mail says I am not receiving so can't send but I hope I fixed that.

    I see you started a new 30 day shred team - I still use her workouts when I want to do circuit training. I don't really care for Jillian Michaels but I love her 3-2-1 method because that seems to work for me.
