I am between the Winter and Spring BLC Challenge

Last month on another challenge some one posted they lost inches by eliminating Sugar, Cheese and Wheat.
After a few weeks of doing this I noticed some of my clothes are looser. I didn't take measurements at the time, but I will when the Spring challenge starts.

    Thanks for stopping by i going to miss stopping by this had kept me from mindless eating in the evening i was working on a streak of not eating at the computer sadly that streak is history made it 90 days emoticon
    I had also read several post about the new spark so i I pushed the panic button you find on the Message Boards

    TOPIC: Help! Spark people is closing down!!!

    Some are posting on team pages that the new spark is free for a short time only ? its also hard to sign up since not many cities are listed and none on west coast ?

    It is NOT true about SparkAmerica only being free for a short time. There are absolutely no plans to start charging.

    About signing up: More cities are being added so, hopefully, there will be one nearer to you by the end of this week. However, choosing a city is optional so you can go ahead and create an account now if you like. The city can be chosen later if you decide to join in on the City-to-City challenges in the future.
