Introduction Text That was me. Miserable about my weight. I was always going to do something about it ----- tomorrow. Then, I realized that each day I had choices to make. Me & no one else. I'm the one accountable. If I drink 3 sodas a day,go to Taco Bell & pig out, I'm to blame. I made the choice. So where is my self-control? Isn't that a fruitage of Jehovah's. Shouldn't I be manifesting it in all areas of my life, including what I eat? ofcourse I should! I have some wonderful service partners who are very supportive. So can I do this? Yes! Will it be easy? No! But it's my choice.

I want to reach my weight goal of -50 lbs. by july 1st.

I'm doing this by planning every morning what I'll eat & tracking it.

I've been a servant of Jehovah's for 43 years. I was baptized in 1969 & have pioneered for 17 yrs. I've had the wonderful privelege of seeing 3 Bible students progress to baptism. Working on #4.

I have been married for 43 yrs. to a wonderful, caring brother & have a blended family of his (2 girls), hers (2 girls) & ours, 2 sons & a daughter. When we got married our children ranged from 3 - 5 & we each had custody of our children. We have 16 grandchildren (raised 2 of them) & 2 great grandchildren & YES, I'd do it all over again!
