Fitness Minutes: 85

My Goals:
My goal this year it to finally start thinking about myself and where I need to be. To focus on getting myself healthier and finally ridding myself of this weight. I want to lose 75 to 100 pounds, be healthy and have my dream 50's/psychobilly esque wedding!

My Program:
 Low calorie vegetarian based plan. Lots of fruit and vegetables.Limited starches.Limited sweets.White meat every now and then ( was vegetarian but started adding meat back in over the past year)
