Sometimes it seems like it, but if you remember to take one day at a time, life is much better.

Focus on the things you can do easily, then tackle the bigger things one step at a time. If it all seems your tasks. Are they really that important or are you putting undo stress on yourself?

Each day is a new day. When you are tired and worn out...Remember, after a good night's sleep, your outlook will be much better and you will be ready to tackle the day again!

I posted this reminder for myself as I tackle the upcoming year. I tend to overdo (as we all do) and get myself run down to the point everything seems overwhelming and I just want to cry or beat myself up mentally. Do what you can do and leave the rest up to God.

We all struggle with life events and our perceptions of it.

Remember to be kind to yourself.
Take care of yourself first!
Remember there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Some days will just be better than others.
Remember to just stop and breathe.
Call a friend when in need.
Remember you can only do so much and somethings gotta give. Don't let it be you.
One day at a time.
You can't do everything at once.

My Goals:
To lose this weight for myself and not just some special occasion. It's a healthy thing to do. To move easier and be in less pain.

My Program:
Lots of walking outside while it's nice and hit the treadmill when the weather is not good. Watch the sugar and portion sizes. Start doing a regular exercise program. Put me first.

    Thanks for stopping by my page and thanks for the goodie. You gave me encouragement right when I needed it. I'm in a vicious cycle. I don't feel good because I haven't been able to get to gym everyday and I can't get to the gym because I don't feel good. It is crazy but i'm determine to get back to my roudtine. so you keep up the good work and you will see a difference
