I work out for about an hour or more each day. Depends on what exercise we are doing. I have a desk job and need the relief. I have a lot of energy. I love crafts. I read. I walk the dogs. I play with the cats. I have 3 grand kids. I am happily married. My husband and I enjoy working out together. We do well at encouraging each other to try harder and to eat healthier. I believe in team work. This community is an awesome team.

My Goals:

I need to lose weight to remain healthy and active.


My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.
Currently I eat healthy and exercise each day. We lift weights 4-5 days a week. One day for each muscle group is our goal. We try to run one day a week and we also try to complete a HIIT with abs workout. We work abs 4 days a week.
I am on the Isagenix diet and I eat mostly fresh fruits and vegetables. I am 90% vegetarian. I will eat meat to be sociable but don't really care for it. I have found that it is hard to eat out and not have meat.



Personal Information:
I am happily married. I am a mother of 2 grown children. I have 3 grand children. I hate the cold. I have a stressful job that I love. We currently have 2 dogs and 4 cats. Our dogs are up there in age and have some health issues. We still try to get them out for their walks even if it is just down to the end of our side walk. They love that bonding time.


Other Information:
Hubby and I exercise together. We are very good at motivating each other to "Move it". We have fun and enjoy the together time.
