Previously certified through NASM.
TRX suspension training for group exercise certified.

My Goals:
Keep metabolism burning and joints happy through strength training daily.

Running barefoot with my best friend to out run the genetic gifts (High BP and Cholesterol) from my parents. 3 times a week. Most of all, just to outrun zombies. (Is there any better motivation?)

Eating healthy to stay healthy. "You cannot out train a poor diet"

My Program:
Anything and everything fun. Exercise is fun. finding what one enjoys is what will keep them going.

Personal Information:
I am an exercise addict. I love how it makes me feel. I am sold not on the weightloss idea, but the idea of a lifestyle change. I am a old time hockey player with 4 kids. I love to run barefoot and work out barefoot. if I dont have to wear shoes, I won't. I love camping, hiking, scary movies, and 80's movies. Music is my drive to exercise. I am always changing my music to try out during my next workout. I have been landlocked my entire life so I love the beach. Get me lost in the Mountains and I am in heaven. Spending time with my kids is also huge for me.

Other Information:
A 38 year old with the zest of life like a 25 year old. Ageing doesnt scare me. Bring it on!
