Getting back into shape!


New Year..new goals! Well, I got married and in great shape! However...December came around and I took a break, which meant pounds added and muscle lost. SO, time to get motivated!
New Year..new goals! Well, I got married and in great shape! However...December came around and I took a break, which meant pounds added and muscle lost. SO, time to get motivated!

My Goals:
I need an overhaul. I have lost the motivation and need to get it back!

My Program:
 I use Sparkpeople to keep me in check on my diet. Also it gives me information on health and nutrition. I currently work out 6 days a week, including three days of weighttraining and three days of cardio (kickboxing & spinning)


Personal Information:
I am originally from St. Louis, but moved to Las Vegas, NV in 1992. Then I moved to Charlotte, NC in 2002.

Other Information:
 I love to get out and experience as much as possible! The song that I think describes it all is Terri Clark's "I want to do it all!" Live is short, have fun!
I love to volunteer and serve as a wish granter with the local chapter of Make A Wish Foundation. I also volunteer for Victory Junction Gang Camp.
