Fitness Minutes: 700

My Goals:
*Test bloodsugar on a regular basis every day.
*Remembering to KISS (keep it simple sweetie).
*Increase water every day.
*Exercise - do something!
*Eat lower carb, lower calorie every day.
*Practice positive self-talk every day.

My Program:
 IDK...I've tried just about everything...???



Personal Information:
I am from Eastern NC. I work with State Government on the business side of the substance abuse arena. I'm in a committed relationship. No children. We have a beautiful black cat named Spooky Sue and a hyper but sweet dog named Miss Prissy.

Other Information:
 Like to Wii and XBox 360.

Love to shoot pool and bowl - not good at it but love to play and have a good time.

Like to read mysteries and romance novels but haven't made time for this lately.

Like to watch tv and movies but haven't made a lot of time for this either...what exactly HAVE I been doing with my time????

    I used to have a black cat that I called "Ma's Kitty". We were so close that my husband was jealous. We now have Australian Shepherds and they won't let us have cats. I miss my cats. My husband says that when I move the whole yard moves. That's the case whether it's dogs or cats.
