Introduction Text Hello everyone. I just wanted to thank you for taking a peek at my sparkpage. My goal is to get to a healthy body weight. My life long dream is to motivate others to suceed in weight loss. Sometimes it just takes one step in the right direction to change our entire future.Losing weight is not just a lifestyle its an adventure and half the adventure is getting there. One thing that I have found is that you have to want to lose weight for you and for the right reasons. When you see the person in the mirror the only one who can change the reflection you see is you. Weightloss is like creating a ripple in a pond all it takes is a small pebble to start it. Whats your pebble? have a fantastic fitness day.

Right now I am eating low carb and I am doing turbo jam from beach body. Plus I am walking 30 minutes a day.

Right now I live in Molalla, Oregon but I am originally from the south. I am 29. I love music and dancing. I love the outdoors and fitness. I believe that if you have an opportunity to change your life you should jump on it.
