Current Weight..also highest ever:268 June 19, 2016 refuse to let it get higher. SW: 255-weighed in September 4 & started Spark the 6 CW: 248- October 2 GW:195-according to Spark I should meet that goal mid April. I have been overweight my whole life. I get some motivation and make changes then shortly after get lazy again. I am going to be 30 in February and my goal is to lose 30 pounds by then. There comes a point where enough is enough. I''''''''m praying that I stay motivated and make lifestyle changes to be healthy. Short term goals: Fit into my current wardrobe Exercise 3 times a week (walking or DVD) Log my food using Spark App I used Spark in 2008 and dropped 30+ pounds. I was feeling great and made good choices and changes. Then I went on vacation and slowly lost all motivation. I''''''''ve yet to lose such a big amount again. I''''''''ve tried partnering with friends but we didn''''''''t truly keep each other accountable. Cheat days were abundant and always justified. I''''''''m ready to get serious! What''''''''s different this time? At work I started a challenge so a few people know my weight. It''''''''s amazing though, each participant is a different size yet we all cringed when we stepped on the scale! So we will weigh in every Friday until December 11. My weight must decrease and with that happening I will be healthier than I am now. One day at a time. One meal at a time. One workout at a time. One pound at a time. I can do all things through Christ.... I believe it and claim those first 20 pounds now!
