Introduction Text Face it, it is not good that we are alone in this world. Sure we have family and hubby and children, but what we truely need are girlfriends. Grilfriends can be brutally honest, because they truely love you, and will rejoice with you when you are up and cry with you when you are down! I have spent 10 years without a single girlfriend, and now I cherish every day with my girlfriends! Spending time with my girlfriends! Watching what I eat! Getting back off sodas nad replacing it with water.. again! 8 hours sleep 5 fruits & vegies daily

I am learning to make conscious decisions about everything that goes into my mouth. healthy? OKAY! Junk? WOAH! High calories? NO WAY!

Married w/ 6 children, all are MINE, ranging from 8 - 30! I just started college at 52 years old, to become a certified teacher!!!! Two in college, and only the little one left! Raised in San Antonio, traveled all over western half of the US. Lived in TX, OK. VA & Germany, I loved VA, but Texas is home! I love to Read, Cook, & teach women!
