SPARK WORKS IF YOU WORK IT
4 years on Spark and still taking it one day at a time.
Each day I faithfully:
1. Check in with at least one team
2. log my fitness minutes
3. track food eaten throughout a day
4. reach out to at least one person
5. complete spark point checklist
6. At the end of each day as I lay my head on the pillow I review my day and mentally take notes for the next.
Monthly or as needed I review my goals and adjust accordingly.

My name is Nancy. While I am not overweight, I have difficulty with my diet due to celiac disease and depression. I live at home with my 80 year old mother and feel I need to be healthy to not only support her, but get her on a healthy lifestyle so I can have her around for a long while. My family and pet cat, Oreo are most important to me. Of Course My FAITH is number one!
