    Been very much off the program...and the weigh in shows it. I know it's insane to start a new program a week before Christmas but if not now, when? Is there ever a better time to start getting healthier than the present? So, with that said...wish me luck! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I'm beginning ALL over today. I'm disgusted with myself. I've not gone anywhere on the scale! I no longer go to the gym as it was aggravating my back problem. I have started back on the recumbent bike(2-3 times a week) and pilates (2 times a week). And I recently bought some of those crazy Sketchers sneakers that are suppose to work you legs, butt, and abs. Haven't tried them out yet...anyone out there tried them?

    I need a kick in the butt to get this program going and to stay with it, no matter what! I'm not liking myself much these days. I can use all the support I can get! emoticon emoticon

    Hey, don't worry, my computer skills are not really much! Ya, I'm trying to make the old me look "new", too! So far so good...still VERY motivated! emoticon

    Love the idea of rearranging furniture and making old look new again...I think that's what I trying to do to me!!! emoticon

    Thanks Nance! I'm only 5'3" so 130 is a healthy weight, and the lowest weight I've been since puberty! I may reach 140 and realize that it's perfect, but if I'm going to make a goal, I'm going to shoot for the stars :D
