    I work in the laundry dept. of a nursing home just 1 mile up the street from my house. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday I usually get 10 miles in on Tuesday & Thursday between 8-10 (depending on how busy we are). So when you see I've posted 240 minutes of walking this is where that number is coming from. I wore a pedometer to work every day for 3 months to make sure this was a consistent and accurate count (I used 2 different pedometers to make sure). I write down every day on my calendar what I've done for exercises and am happy to say that Thursday was the only day I did not exercise. I will make up for that this week! Hope every one has a fantastic weekend, I'm working, but will be fun we have a walk-a-thon today to start off our week. emoticon
