I wish I had your problem right now..I been eating more..I tend to eat more when I'm tired n tryin to get on a normal schedule has me always tired lol..but I do know it is hard to get in those calories when your just not hungry. 1984 days ago

Yea I've read the same thing..May have to try that.. I got to work on my sleep schedule too..here lately I've been up all night and sleep part of the day since the hubby got a new job working over nights..it's been messing me up with logging food lol 1986 days ago

Lol yes exactly!.. I totally know what your saying..and I feel you..it's been tough for me these past few weeks..havnt lost any weight..this week I'm gonna try harder and try to eat in my lower cal range. Would be nice if I can lose 2 lbs this week. 1988 days ago
