My Goals:
I WANT TO RUN A MARATHON!
And do it before my 30th birthday (which is in two years/)

I want to get down to 135lbs.

I want to tone and firm my tummy and arms.

I want to maintain and increase my over all fitness and enjoy everyday!

My Program:
RUN: 3x per week
GYM: 2x per week--weights and swimming

Personal Information:
I am what I think I am: I am strong. I am an athlete, I am capable of managing my weight and still being happy. I CAN run a marathon and I WILL keep going even if fail once or twice or many times. I am what a I want to be--I just need to keep trying.

Thanks for your comments on my post - you are inspiring to me and very wise for your age. Yes, our children need to learn to delay gratification in order to grow up not being chronically discontented. Self-discipline is a very difficult thing to learn, but so important!

I just completed a 10K and it felt so tremendous, I am excited for you on your first 5K. You will be so pumped up!

Passing by to say hello and give some encouragement.

    You CAN do this!

"Finish each day And be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and absurdities may have crept in.
Forget them as soon as you can."

Thank you for adding me as a friend, good luck with your goals!
