Introduction Text A new year just beginning and hopefully pretty soon I will be back on track exercising and doing strength training to keep my flexible and feeling stronger. We are mainly settled in our new home now, also used to hubby being home all day, and still have my Dad living with us, some days I manage far better than others, but it is what it is.

To look and feel better. Dropping 10-lbs or so should help my acid reflux to be better. I do find it much harder to lose weight as you get a little older....

Trying to do some form of excercise on a daily basis. Really try not to skip a day. Eating more healthy. I have to try to keep up with strength training, cardio and staying within in my calorie allowance. I usually find I am doing 2 out of 3 most times....I really have to get my act together one of these days.

I am 61, and a grandma to 4 wonderful kids, Maeghan 11 and Connor 6 they both live a 3 hours drive away so I do not see them very often, but enjoy my time with them when I do. Baby Lucas is our oldest sons child born Feb.27th 08. He only lives just over an hours drive away. I have three grown up adults who have eventually all left home. Now my Dad has come to live with hubby and me, it's like having another child at home some days.!!!

Enjoy movies, especially girlie ones. Love to listen to Tim McGraw, think he is fantastic. Also like to listen to Rod Stuart. Came to Canada from the UK in 1985 and really love it. I have a females brindle boxer dog who is great, so loving.
