I'M ON IT - January 2015
redirecting my focus, continuing to press forward, never giving up.

THE BIG RESTART - September 2014
Not a good thing in many ways, but better than not restarting and trying to stay on track for the duration.

*Even when we fall off track, we can pick ourselves up and work to stay on track...I can and will do it.

DONE goals & rewards (10x5)

1. Lose 10 - manicure - Date Done: 10/2/2008 - one day before official weigh in. It's off to the nail shop tomorrow. WhooHoo!!!
2. Lose 10 - new tennis racquet- Date Done: 3/23/2009.

New Start for 2010 -
3. Lose 10 - new pair pumps - Date Done: 3/29/2010 The pumps are gorgeous!!!
4. Lose 10 - little shopping trip - Date Done: 4/22/2010 -- size 20 from a 28 --It was a good day to shop. Just 2 lbs away from next goal:)
5. Lose 10 - special evening TBD - Date Done: Defeated my purpose - starting fresh 2011.

My Goals:
Make total lifestyle changes.

Keep moving toward goal even when there are set backs.

Look to the end afterwards.

Remember I am worth every minute!

Eating more fruits/veggies.

Walking/Treadmill at least 30 minutes every day.

Staying focused on goal - everyday.

Remember I'm worth it, even when it's hard.
