Be careful, after spending your whole life looking for something other than what you have one day you will wake up to realize you missed your whole life and in this there are no do-overs.

This is the beginning of the rest of my life. I have to decide how it will be lived.

Fitness Minutes: 7,916

My Goals:
Weigh 159 by the end of January 2013.

Stick to the 4 week January Challenge

Minimize the indulging:
1. Stop the fast food lunch routine. (MET)
2. Switch from Ice Cream to Frozen Yogurt. (MET)
3. No "snacking" after dinner.

Establish a 3x/wk strength training program by daylight savings time (Nov ?).

Remove, EXTINGUISH that little voice in your head that allows you to overeat. Eventually that distructive force will disappear never to return again.

My Program:
30 minutes on the treatmill 4-5 times per week.

Gain control of evening and weekend all-for-none, blind, irrational eating fests!

Remove that little voice in your head that causes you to overeat by actively blogging about him and his irrational suggestions instead of doing the activity that he is recommending: tear his ideas apart end to end and bury them.

Personal Information:
I live out in the country where people just don't drive by and stop in to say "hi" therefore I believe the lonelyness is what has caused most of my bad eating habits. So I look forward to being a part of the SparkPeople community for not only the great tools on the website but mostly for the social interation. :)

    Thank you for taking the time to read and leave a message on my blog. I found it a hard blog to write as it rather laid me bare!! However I felt that, indeed I hoped that my honesty might help to rekindle the Spark in some and give hope to others!!
    The reaction to the blog has been overwhelming.
    Why overwhelming you might ask? Because I don’t believe that I am doing anything out of the ordinary!! I hope that the over-all message that you took away from that blog is one of hope – that if I can do it – you can do it too!! Its not an impossible dream – it is something that anyone and everyone can achieve. You can read more on this in my short “Open a few doors “ blog that I posted as a follow up.
