    I hope you are enjoying your time in Cologne. You must be feeling better since you are walking. Great Job on losing 25 lbs!! emoticon

    I'm doing good. I won't weigh in for a couple more weeks, but the weather has been pretty good so I have been out walking. I enjoy walking out side, much better than on the tread mill.

    I checked out the Spark People Cookbook from the library. I haven't made anything yet, but it is the first cookbook that I'm reading the additional information and it is good. Hope to try a recipe soon. emoticon
