Two years ago I participated in the New Year Boot Camp challenge and it was the best thing I ever did. It was my first boot camp and I had no idea what to expect. At first it was hard, but I was amazed at how fast it became necessary to beginning my day. Unfortunately this year was a challenge and I have dropped my strength and cardio exercises for too long. So this year I am joining the challenge again in the hopes that I can get back on track while only halfway back to my original weight. Knowing that I have not been exercising or dieting and as a result gaining weight again has not been pleasant. I want the good feelings of success back. So I'm back on the bootcamp challenge. I encourage everyone to take on one of the boot camp challenges and don't worry about how well you do. Just keep trying, The effort is well worth it. I remember that feeling and I want it back.

To be able to walk without pain

To keep my blood sugar under control

To travel to different places and be able to walk from place to place comfortably.

My Program:
I am going to learn to apportion my food while still enjoying it.

I am going to walk as often as possible to build my endurance

I am going to get my muscles into shape, slowly but surely

I am a 'wanna be' quilter have started many but finished few. I love the patchwork but not the quilting.

I enjoy scrapbooking. When I remember to do it, I am a fanatic, not stopping until it is done. and then I forget about it until the next time.
