Introduction Text Every new year begins the same, a new diet, but it never lasts. I realize it is not about a new diet but about a new lifestyle. So lets get started on this new Lifestyle. My name is Lynn and I moved to Vancouver 7 years ago from England. It has been a big change for me, giving up all my friends and starting a new life. In January I was lucky enough to find Sparks. It has changed me in so many ways already. So far I have learnt so much about nutrition and exercise, but the best thing of all are the great friends I have made from all over the world. The support I get from them is amazing and brings so much into my life. I look forward to continuing this journey.

To be fitter and healthier this year. To lose 10 Lbs in weight, again! Maintain portion control and make healthy choices. To sleep better. Set myself small but realistic goals. 2014 is the year I will reach my goal.

I am going to eat more fruit and veg. Drink at least 6 glasses of water every day. Walk 30 minutes every day. Walk outside if I can otherwise Use Leslie Sansone or another at home DVD. No excuse not to walk. No nibbling in the evenings. This is a huge problem for me. Stay focused on the weekends. Take time in the day for me.

I love to read, garden and listen to music. I have 2 rescue dogs Max and Sam. I also love to do crafting and make cards for friends.
