 Eat More 2 Weigh Less
Find out your calorie count to exist.
Subtract 500 calories a day.
Lift heavy weights!

 I try to keep my hands busy at home with crafting.
I want to concentrate on learning to sew.
I have recently joined a church and am getting more involved with activities there.
