Todays is a bright new day! Live each day as if was your last! There is no more time to waste my health, your health, OUR health! I'm going to break down my journey this year into Phases! I hope to stay truthful and successful with each Phase in my life!

Regular Diet
Start May 12, 2010

*Drink at least 48-64+ oz. of water a day

*Eat 6 small meals a day.

*Make sure that I get in 70 grams of protein a day


Get at least 8 hours of sleep a day

Get up before 7:30 am daily

Daily Vitamins
Calcuim + D

Monthly Vitimins
B-12 shot

Personal Information:
I love spending my time at the park watching the kids play baseball and softball during the spring time!
Football in the Fall time!
I like to chat online...ALOT! I really enjoy yard work and going for walks. I would love to run 5Ks in the furture!!!

Also just picked up reading again current book-

I love attending church with my family and learning more and more about the Lord!

Other Information:
I just can't wait to live life to the fullest!!!

I have a wonderful friends and family that are so ready to support me in this HUGE life changing event!

I have a beautiful son that is 3 named Brayden...he can drive me crazy sometimes, but I love him dearly.

I also have 2 step boys that I adore too. John(10) and Luke(8). I'm so glad that over the past 6 years our family has continued to grow and become more loving!

Life can be hard and diffuicult sometime but if you keep a postitive in everything you do then it is VERY POSSIBLE!
