A really wonderful well built man walked up to me at the gym when I was feeling kind of defeated and said to me with a smile

You. Will. Get. There.

and he really touched my heart with that. I mean.... Those 4 words right there keep me going.

So I don't ever quit. I can't. I won't. And I don't want anyone else to either!

So now it's my mantra. You. WILL. Get. There

Anytime I think I wont, I will. Anytime I think I can't, I will.

Anytime I think about giving up, I don't because eventually if you stay the course, you reach your destination.

I have a long way to go, but I will get there. And so will you.

About me
REALLY Big girl. Started here at 277lbs. Honestly the lowest weight I can ever fully recall is 185 and that was in high school..so this weight has been with me a long long long time.

Lost some weight last year, was in full gear (edit.. I'm smaller NOW than I was then.. winning!!!)
Had a huge personal tragedy
Stopped blogging (not on sparkpeople, I'm new here)
Emotionally ate, relationship ate
Gained everything back PLUS some.
Starting over.. this time for keeps!

+40...with a 5 year old. OOps... make that 6 year old! lol

Sweet and sarcastic. And full of observations!

My Program:
I switch around. Right now to jumpstart I'm very LCHF, no sugar.

I try to do cardio every day, even if it's just walking. I'm working up to strength 3-4 times a week.
